Hertha Berlin signs Adewumi on loan
Hertha Berlin has secured the services of 21-year-old midfielder Oluwaseun Adewumi from Burnley on a season-long loan for the 2026/27 campaign. The Austria U21 international joins after a successful loan spell at Cercle Bruges, where he scored five goals in 32 appearances.
Adewumi moved to Burnley from Floridsdorfer AC in 2024 and has previously played for Rapid Vienna. During the 2024/25 season, he was loaned to Dundee in the Scottish Premiership, netting four goals in 28 games. The defensive midfielder is seen as a promising talent.
