Hertha Berlin has secured a new Premium Partner for the 2026/27 season. The online broker GBE Brokers will now feature on the left sleeve of the 2. Bundesliga club's teamwear, as both parties announced this week.

The partnership was agreed in 2026 and was first visible during the season's opening home match against 1. FC Heidenheim at the Olympiastadion. GBE Brokers is using the sponsorship to expand its presence in the German online trading market, a move recently bolstered by its acquisition of clients from the JFD Group.

GBE Brokers was founded in 2014 and is led by co-founder and owner Ben-Florian Henke. The company offers its clients trading in over 1,000 CFD instruments. Security is provided by multiple regulations: GBE Brokers is supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and also holds a licence from Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin). Client deposits are held in a trustee account with Commerzbank AG and are insured through Lloyd’s with coverage of up to €300,000 per client.

For Hertha Berlin, the cooperation represents an important revenue stream. The partnership has been classified as a Premium Partnership, suggesting a substantial financial commitment. Income from such deals is vital for the club in the 2. Bundesliga to remain competitive on the pitch. It feeds into the day-to-day operations and squad development. The current team roster and player performance data can be viewed on our squad and stats pages.

The new partnership comes during a phase of rebuilding for Hertha Berlin in the 2. Bundesliga. Following the opening home game against Heidenheim, a long season with many more challenges lies ahead. The Old Lady's full schedule is available on our fixtures page. Currently, the club is working to keep pace with the league's frontrunners and achieve a long-term return to the top flight. The latest league standings can be followed on the standings page.

The collaboration with GBE Brokers is a step towards financial stabilisation. It highlights the continuing appeal of the Hertha brand for commercial partners, even in the second division. The additional resources are intended to support the successful sporting development of this traditional club.
